Our membership is all about you! No complicated restrictions or expiring benefits, you save up your money and get discounts!
Each month we will automatically deduct your membership dues and credit it into your Beauty Bank!
Every dollar belongs to you - spend it right away, or save it up for something you've had your eye on
Your banked funds never expire and there is no deadline to use them as long as your membership is active
By signing up, you are committing to at least 3 months of the Beauty Bank Membership
* The 10% & 15% discounts cannot be applied to already discounted services, treatments or products. So no double dipping.
Use your credit towards any service or treatment and only pay the balance, if any, the day of your appointment!
Any leftover credit will remain in your account and roll over to the next month!

How to Join?

Sign up at your next appointment, click here to purchase or inquire at time of appointment for more information. Monthly memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. We are sure you will find the savings and the perks well worth it! After the required 3 months the plan goes month to month.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does my card get charged for the Autopay?

Your card gets charged on the same date of every month.

For example, if you signed up on May 10th, your first payment will be on May 10th and you will continue to be charged on the 10th of each month that you are a member. After that date each month, you will have a credit on your account and can redeem it anytime before your next billing cycle. Your card will continue to be charged unless you cancel your membership.

Does it auto renew?

Yes, your membership auto-renews monthly until you tell us you want to cancel 30 days in advance.

Where does the monthly charge go?

The monthly membership charge goes straight onto your account as an account credit and can be used towards any service or treatment.

What if I want additional facial treatments per month?

If you’d like to come in more than once a month and take advantage of the member benefits, you simply pay for the additional service when you come in. As a Glow Gang member you get membership pricing for all other services.

Can I share my monthly membership with a family member or friend?

Membership is non-transferable and benefits are exclusive to the member only.

Does my monthly membership credit rollover from month to month?

Our Beauty Band Membership benefits offer significant discounts for regular self care. Monthly membership credits do rollover to the next month and can be used immediately or later as long as you’re membership is active.

How do I cancel my membership?

If you would like to cancel your membership, please give us a call or just let us know at your next appointment. Additionally you can cancel your membership here. Please keep in mind that we require 30 days notice, so be sure to cancel 30 days before your payment date if you want to make it your last month. Payments due prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled

Do you accept tip on a credit card?

Yes, we accept tips on credit card.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Membership is for a minimum 3-month period. The membership will auto-renew after the initial 6 months.
After the initial 3-month membership period you can cancel at any time with a 30 day notice in writing.
If you cancel, membership cannot be reactivated for 1 year.
Members must abide by Lux Skin Lab cancellation policy. No-shows will forfeit their service for that month.
Membership benefits available with contract only.
Membership discounts cannot be combined with any additional offers.
Gratuities are not included in membership pricing and much appreciated. Our recommended standard gratuity is 18%-20% of the full-service fee.
