Your Appointments are very important to Lux Skin Lab + Beauty Bar and are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule our appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

* Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.

** Notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment will result in a charge for 50% of the service.

*** Failure to show up for your appointment without any notice will result in a 75% charge of the reserved service amount or gift certificate voided.
