Your Appointments are very important to Lux Skin Lab and are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule our appointment, we respectfully request at least 48-hour notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. * Notification given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.

** Notification given less than 48 hours prior to appointment will result in a charge for 50% of the service.
*** Failure to show up for your appointment without any notice will result in a 75% charge of the reserved service amount or gift certificate voided.

There are many benefits a person can get with LED light therapy.  When used consistently, over time, LED lights are thought to penetrate your skin at different depths and cause various reactions in your skin:

• Reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by stimulating collagen and elastin production
• Reducing the appearance of scars and other skin ailments, such as rosacea by deeply penetrating the skin and promoting the growth of skin cells
• Treating acne by fighting off and killing the bacteria under your skin

While light therapy is safe and can be taken by any person, under certain conditions, we may not recommend the treatment.

Absolutely! We currently offer and recommend home care products through both product lines used during services. Coming soon you will be able to purchase these directly through this site!

A parent is welcome to stay in the lab in the waiting area or leave and come back in an hour.

Rest assured, all product lines used in the treatment room have never and will never test on animals. They also offer products safe for vegan use.
