Your card gets charged on the same date of every month.

For example, if you signed up on May 10th, your first payment will be on May 10th and you will continue to be charged on the 10th of each month that you are a member. After that date each month, you will have a credit on your account and can redeem it anytime before your next  billing cycle. Your card will continue to be charged unless you cancel your membership.

Yes, your membership auto-renews monthly until you tell us you want to cancel 30 days in advance.

The monthly membership charge goes straight onto your account.

If you’d like to come in more than once a month and take advantage of the member benefits, you simply pay for the additional service when you come in. As a Glow Gang member you get membership pricing for all other services.

Membership is non-transferable and benefits are exclusive to the member only. 

Our Glow Gang Membership benefits offer significant discounts for regular self care. Monthly membership credits do not rollover to the next month if unused and must be used before your next billing cycle. The intention is that you come in at least monthly. 

If you would like to cancel your membership, please give us a call or just let us know at your next appointment. Additionally you can cancel your membership here. Please keep in mind that we require 30 days notice, so be sure to cancel 30 days before your payment date if you want to make it your last month. Payments due prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled
